Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order! However, we do not accept returns or exchanges on non-wearable merchandise or hard goods (like buttons/pins, bandanas, or hats).
Exchanges:
For soft, wearable merchandise only: if you need to exchange an item for another size, please e-mail us (churchofpickle@gmail.com) within 14 days of receipt of your original order and make sure you specify which size was ordered and which size you would like to exchange it for. Please check the website to make sure the new size you would like is in stock first, and note any price differences between the original size and the exchanged size - you are responsible for any up-charges associated with ordering a larger size. We do not offer exchanges for any orders that fall outside of the 14 day time period mentioned above. Simply ship the original item back to us and upon receiving it, we will ship you your new size! For simplicity's sake, you are responsible for any costs associated with shipping back the returned item to us, but we will cover the shipping on sending you your new size. The original item must arrive to us in new, re-sellable condition to qualify for an exchange. Exchange items will not be shipped until the original item has been received. Any items that are damaged in return shipments are ineligible for exchange. We do not take responsibility for return packages that are damaged or lost in the mail, nor the delivery speed and handling of return shipments.
Refunds:
If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise (due to our error), please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order. We do not offer refunds for any orders that fall outside of that time period. Please include a photograph and description of how your item arrived in your message to us in order to qualify for a refund. We may request that you return the item to us to verify any damages.
Order Not Received:
We cannot replace any order that is not received due to an incomplete or inaccurate shipping address provided during checkout. We will do our best to catch incomplete addresses before they are shipped. We also cannot replace any items that are not received after they are deemed delivered by our shipping carrier. Please check our shipping policy for lost orders for more details.
Order Processing:
We endeavor to process each item as quickly as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined once they have been processed. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been processed.
