Shipping policy
Does your shipping rate look too expensive?
If your shipping rate looks higher than usual for your location, it's probably because you're purchasing items that can't ship together in the same box. Some orders must be sent to you in two or more shipments, for instance: posters cannot fit in the same box as records, and records cannot fit in the same box as shirts. We will always try to ship your order in the fewest number of packages. If you believe that there is an error on your shipping charges, please contact us at: churchofpickle@gmail.com to request a refund for any overages.
Shipping Insurance:
We offer shipping insurance by default at checkout via Route, and recommend insuring your shipments whenever possible. Please file any insurance claims directly with Route.
Lost Orders:
Orders shall be deemed delivered when the shipping carrier provides confirmation that the package was successfully delivered to the address provided during checkout. We are not responsible for non-receipt of orders that have been deemed delivered. We are also not responsible for non-receipt of orders due to failure to properly submit an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout.
Domestic Shipping:
Our domestic carriers are USPS and UPS. Typical delivery timeframe for these carriers is three (3) to ten (10) business days. Shipping charges are determined by the number, weight and type of items ordered. We do not ship COD.
International Shipping Policy:
Yes! We ship internationally. Please note: the shipping timeframes provided during checkout are estimates only. The typical delivery timeframe for international orders is two (2) to four (4) weeks, but please allow up to six (6) before contacting us. We are careful to label each item with its proper item value for customs. However, you are responsible for any and all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes, your order will be returned to us. If you wish us to re-ship the items, you will be responsible for all costs associated with re-shipping the items. If the items arrive to us in new, re-sellable condition, we will refund you for those items, minus a $5 re-stocking fee and the original cost of shipping. Any items that are damaged in return shipments are ineligible for refund. We do not take responsibility for any return packages that are lost in the mail, delivery speed, or handling of return shipments.
